HOW TO RELEASE THE STEAM? To release the Steam turn the button clockwise to the desired steam position. (Medium or High). Untill the desire temperature is reached, release & close the plates about 5-8 times and you will see slight STEAM begins to come out. CAUTION: Note the Steam activates over 212 degrees.
