Postwar Lionel 1615 Lionel Lines 0-4-0 Steam Locomotive Repair

This is a postwar Lionel 1516 steam locomotive 0-4-0 switcher. It’s incomplete and in parts. I’m sure it’s also missing parts. Maybe some parts are incorrect. It’s sold in as-is condition. Only what’s shown is included. It doesn’t run. It’s meant to be a restoration project for someone to tinker around with and help get running again. The tender is complete at least. No international shipping please.
